This software enables us to analyse any stage of the collection process and to provide you with up-to-date graphs and reports that chart progress and address your specific needs. FRL offers all its debt recovery services on a strictly no-win / no-commission basis. You will also find that all additional services are extremely competitively priced within the market. Unlike many other agencies, FRL requests that all payments from debtors are remitted directly to you. As a result of our endeavors, you will enjoy a reduction in interest-loss, a cutback in bad-debt provision and a greatly improved cash flow. As a further means of improving your collection processes, and in order to foster a strong client-relationship, we undertake to advise your Credit Control Department of any changes in legislation that can help assist you in the management of credit. For example, in August 2002, the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 was applied to all businesses, irrespective of size. FRL has assisted many companies to enforce this legislation and use the Act to their advantage in collecting moneys owed. Financial Recoveries is licensed under the Data Protection Act 1998 and by the Director General of Fair Trading under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
