Please note that with consumer matters we charge a £150.00 + Vat (£176.25) file opening fee per Instruction, In return for this fee we will carry out investigations on your debtor attempting to locate assets and confirm their current address and contact details, in the event that the debt is recovered then we will issue a £50.00 credit against our fee. In the event that you have more than 5 instruction the fee per file is reduced to £100 + Vat
