| Statutory Demand
- The costs are £150 approximately
– made up of solicitors charge £60.00 plus
VAT. In addition the document has to be served personally,
and the service charges are around £90.00 however
should the first attempt to serve documents not be successful
then the cost of service may increase. |

| Winding up Petition
- The costs required
to issue the actual Petition can be high. The Court fee
is £845.00, with solicitor’s fees of £200.00.
There are also further fees payable throughout the course
of the Petition, for example agent’s service charges
and the advertisement fee. Costs are recoverable, but
only if payment is recovered. |
